  1.    This screen enables you to input and
  2. view assessment data. Mouse buttons can
  3. be used to input level codes but also 
  4. to reset (all three pressed together) 
  5. and input unclassified (middle and 
  6. right). Middle and left buttons together 
  7. will print the statement associated with
  8. the assessment that the arrow is on. The 
  9. best technique is to press the required
  10. button(s) and then move the button onto
  11. the asterisk.
  12.    The symbol above the block title
  13. informs you of the student's current
  14. progress on this block. If it is red 
  15. there is sufficient data for a credit at
  16. the level shown. To input a group of 
  17. data position the arrow on the
  18. assessment item, press the appropriate
  19. button then N on the keyboard. In this
  20. way an individual assessment type can
  21. be entered rapidly for a group. R 
  22. reverses the paging. Alternativeley the
  23. mouse can be used.
